OUR HISTORY
Our team has been repairing and / or remodeling basements for over 25 years! We have been exposed to every type of basement foundation, basement water problem,and basement structural problem imaginable. We have also designed and created just about any type of new finished space in the basement as well.
In our early days, back in the late 70's, our business was mostly basement and crawl space waterproofing. We utilized a variety of methods to solve basement and crawl space water problems, from complete exterior excavation to interior drainage, to a combination of both interior and exterior work. Today we have developed new technology that completely and permanently solves all types of basement and crawl space seepage problems WITHOUT the mess and expense of the older conventional drainage methods.
As time went on, we began to see more and more structural type problems with basement foundations. We came across bowing basement walls, settling basement foundations, and foundations that were literally ready to fall down. We teamed up with several structural product manufacturers and engineers, and were now able to straighten bowed walls, lift and stabilize settling foundations, and even rebuild basement foundations from the ground up.
In the late 90's, after ripping out and literally throwing away finished basements due to water, dampness, and mold damage, we designed a basement finishing system that would not be effected by water seepage. All of our major components- the walls, ceiling, flooring, and trim, are water resistant, and inorganic, non-food sources for mold growth. Most important they look gorgeous!
